No one is always 100%, but when issues arise it’s how you handle the mistake is important. Recently an ICS Mill Master Bearing Assembly fail on a client’s site after 30 minutes. The mill superintendent said he should have listened to the mill writes about the sounds the bearings where making before install but they needed the mill online. The ICS team was on site within the week to assist. ICS supplied the client with a new one free of charge and allowed the client to keep the old one to rebuild at there choosing.
Bearing Assemblies
Bearing Assemblies (BAU) are a component of the complete pump. The BAU is an important part of slurry pump and the most important part of drive power unit. The BAU is used to connect the Pump to the Motor, its operation will directly affect the service life of the pump.
Wet End parts of the BAU consist of: Laby Seal, Bearing Seal, Piston Rings, End Cover, Shims, Bearing, Grease Retainer.
Drive end parts of the BAU consist of: Grease Retainer, Bearing, Shims, End Cover, Piston Rings, Bearing Seals, Laby Seal.
