ICS’s operations manager, Greyden, and his team are a pleasure to work with. They are highly knowledgeable and consistently provide excellent support. The durability of their pumps is a key reason we continue to use their products. Our larger 14/12 and 16/14 pumps consistently achieve nearly 10,000 hours of operation on the impellers, and we’ve seen barrels on the larger pump still running strong 20,000 hours and counting.
