A Coal Summer

Great visit with our coal mining partners today.

Field inspections, maintenance chats, and a deep dive into reliability planning across the circuit. Always good to spend real time with the crews who keep everything moving — nothing beats being on site.

A few highlights from the day:
-Custom belt guards — now tagged with equipment numbers and names so everyone’s life gets a little easier
-What to look for in sleeve wear and how to spot issues early
–14×12 pump rebuild… too busy for photos…
-And of course… the giant raw coal pile. Had to stop and appreciate that one with the team.

Always a solid few day when you get to mix good work with good people.
