New ICS‑4065 Single‑Piece Urethane Cover Plate Liner & Throatbush

We are pleased to announce the release of our newly reverse‑engineered single‑piece cover plate liner and throatbush, now catalogued under part number ICS‑4065. This urethane component was developed in‑house as a direct replacement for a sample from Townley® which they combined  Weir’s E4083 and E4018 urethane parts, combining both into a single, maintenance‑friendly solution.

Our engineering team created this integrated design to reduce rebuild time on pumps of this size. Since the original two components typically require the most labour, the new single‑piece configuration offers a streamlined installation process and improved service efficiency

Quality control has been completed, and the first two units have already been purchased by the client who provided the sample.

We currently have 13 units of ICS‑4065 in stock, following a limited production run of 15 units. The additional units were produced to help offset design and development costs, which were fully absorbed by our team.
