Liner Materials

ICS Wear Group provides liners in a range of materials, sizes, and thicknesses, designed to absorb impact and extend wear life in critical chute areas. Our work-hardened materials significantly increase the time between change-outs, improving worker safety. With smarter design, we place material where it’s needed most—without reducing internal volume—delivering a superior end product.

ICS High-Performance CR Plates combine high-alumina ceramic for durability with ICS’s Natural Reinforced Infused (NRI) rubber for superior impact absorption. The plate’s design places NRI rubber between the ceramic and a steel backing plate, absorbing shock and protecting the abrasion-resistant ceramic from impact damage. All CR Liners are precision-engineered with countersunk mounting holes for a perfect fit every time.
